You can request for a refund of any fees paid you subject to the following:

1. The products/services will only be cancelled after confirmed communication from you and cancellation will only be applicable before we dispatch courseware/reference material to you. Once dispatched the cancellation will be invalid.
2.  The products that are available online for download post payment are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
